WORKING WITH ALL TEXAS CLIENTS
Everyone needs an estate plan. No matter the size of your estate, how much you own in assets or how healthy you are, an estate plan gives you more control over the important parts of your life after you pass away or become incapacitated.
Imagine leaving your family behind without a will. Not only does this mean the courts will have more control over what happens to your assets, but your family will likely have to deal with a legal headache. They will be left having to spend more time and money than would have been necessary working on behalf of your estate.
Imagine leaving your family without the necessary documents in place upon becoming incapacitated. Your desires for the management of your assets and health were not expressed to your family, and they may be forced to incur the more expensive and intrusive court process known as guardianship.
I work with all types of clients. No matter where you are in life, I can help create a personalized estate plan that works for you.
